Responsible to the Zone Supervisor and with high responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the GD LNG Pipeline and Off take Stations. 向區(qū)域主管負責，具備強烈的責任心，盡職盡責，確保管線和站場安全、可靠運行。
Pipeline Operators will be assigned either to a City gas Off Take Stations or Power Plant. Work shifts are carried out on an 12-hour rotating shift pattern. Rotation is based on 4 days on 4 days off bases. 管線操作員需要在城市燃氣站或電廠站上班。工作方式為12小時倒班制，連續(xù)上班4天，連續(xù)休息4天。
The Pipeline Operators’ working contacts will be mainly related to the Pipeline Control Room Operator, other Pipeline Operators, and maintenance personnel. Additional contact with the gas customers will occasionally be required. 管線操作員主要與中控室操作員，其它管線操作員和維修人員聯(lián)系，有時也需要與用戶進行聯(lián)系。

Principal Activities(主要工作)：
Ensure supplying gas to customers safely, smoothly, reliably and qualify. 確保安全、平穩(wěn)、可靠、合格向下游用戶供氣。
· Constantly monitors SCADA to ensure safe operation and quality product specification are maintained. 持續(xù)監(jiān)控SCADA系統(tǒng)以確保安全運行，氣體質(zhì)量合格。

Assume role as part of GD LNG Pipeline’s emergency response team and will have an assigned duty for an emergency situation. Raise work orders in MAXIMO in time when problems are found, issue PTW with high quality based on maintenance scheduled plans for each stations. Monitor the maintenance work safely and attend the maintenance quality management. 發(fā)現(xiàn)問題時，及時填報MAXIMO工單，嚴格按照維修計劃，高質(zhì)量簽發(fā)作業(yè)許可證。監(jiān)控維修作業(yè)以確保安全，參與維修質(zhì)量的三級管理。
Prepare of Off take Station equipment for maintenance including energy isolation and gas freeing. 進行站場設備維修的準備工作，包括能源隔離、氣體放空和氮氣置換等。
Perform minor maintenance which can be safely conducted with competent manner whilst on shift. 當班期間，安全地開展力所能及的小型維修。
Records of all safety permits are to be filed and stored for audit purposes. 填寫所有的安全許可記錄并保存以便進行審計。
Submit JOC and PTW audit monthly as per requirement. 按照要求每月提交JOC和PTW AUDIT。
Build technical dossier of station and it in time.
建立站場技術(shù)檔案，及時更新技術(shù)資料。
To maintain constant communication with Pipeline Central Control Room Operators, Pipeline Senior Operator and Zone Supervisor. Report deviations from standard to Pipeline Central Control Room Operators and Zone Supervisor so that corrective action can be taken. 與中控室操作員、高級操作員和區(qū)域主管保持持續(xù)溝通。向中控室操作員和區(qū)域主管報告問題以便采取更正措施。
Attend the zone monthly check. 積極參與月度檢查和桌面應急演習。
Attend the trainings to improve skills. 積極參與各種培訓，提高自身技能。
Submit the living and office material reasonably, confirm and receive and manage effectively. 合理上報本站的生活、辦公物資，確認簽收，并進行有效管理。
對本站保安和保潔員提供培訓和進行管理，確保他們熟知工作注意事項，了解相關(guān)職責。
積極參與公司體系學習和考核，努力提高自身素質(zhì)素養(yǎng)。
