二、培訓生項目簡介 嘉吉中國2014培訓生項目是專門為不同專業(yè)領域且極具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ漠厴I(yè)生專門設計的發(fā)展計劃,你將在發(fā)展專業(yè)技能的同時,全方位深入了解公司的商業(yè)運作方法與模式。項目參與者將有機會在兩年左右的培訓項目中獲得在嘉吉不同地區(qū)或部門的輪崗機會。同時,有賴于培訓生訓練營和多重的管理技能培訓,你將建立起強大的培訓生校友網絡,并系統(tǒng)地得到來自于同事和經理關于個人發(fā)展的反饋意見,從而在職場中迅速成長,充分展示才能,實現(xiàn)自我價值。 我們的培訓生選擇加入嘉吉工作的原因有很多,但是大部分在這里工作的培訓生們都提到: •我們引以為傲的全球影響力和經濟實力,及其所擁有的行業(yè)口碑和專長; •我們國際化、多樣化、包容性、充滿支持且穩(wěn)定的工作環(huán)境; •我們信任、寬松并誠信待人的文化; •我們的職業(yè)發(fā)展平臺; •我們具有競爭力的薪酬福利。
三、招聘職位 About GOSC Cargill is one of the major suppliers and processors of grains and oilseeds in China, providing quality grains, oilseeds and fats products from worldwide origins. Cargill currently operates 4 oilseeds crush plants in China, three in Guangdong Province and one in Jiangsu Province.
Position Objective: This position has been created to support commercial business and talent pipeline in China.
Principal Accountabilities: l Institute sales plan and follow up execution of delivery plan, production plan and storage plan. l Improve sales forwards work positivity and engagement. l Master data information and bring forward constructive suggestion. l Establish good cooperation with regional meal sales managers and customers service, logistics, accounting and production dpt. l Accomplish others work which superior arrange.
Required Qualifications: l University undergraduates who have the passion to learn & grow with the organization through on job practice; l Strong analytical skills and commercial sense; l Proven numerical agility; l Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills; l Willing to step forward with new ideas and challenge status quo; l Acting with conviction and integrity; l Result oriented and accountable l Fluent in both Mandarin and English, written and verbal.
