招聘職位：Legal Intern(上?？偛?，法務(wù)部)
The main responsibility:
conduct legal research, do due diligence work, review simple contract, meet the business side for collecting background info of some deals, take calls and arrange meetings for attorneys, prepare simple legal documents, type and edit simple documents, perform leg work, etc.
Requirement:
1) Educating from law school, such as 復(fù)旦，華政, 財(cái)大以及外貿(mào)學(xué)院等。
2) strong law knowledge. PRC bar holder is preferred. Previous working experience in law firm is also a plus.
3) excellent English.
4) Can work with for a longer time (at least, 6 months)
