1.保留數(shù)字直譯——要求數(shù)字的準(zhǔn)確度和清晰度
（1）年代的表達(dá)
Eg: 1980s 二十世紀(jì)八十年代
（2）長數(shù)字的表達(dá)
Eg：The Chinese News Agency says China's population has grown to 1,031,882,511 persons. （數(shù)字讀作one billion thirty-one million eight hundred eighty-two thousand five hundred and eleven），數(shù)字翻譯為10億3188萬2511。
2. 舍棄數(shù)字意譯——對數(shù)字進(jìn)行模糊化處理
Eg: I have one hundred and one things to do this morning.
今天早上我有很多事情要做。
這里的one hundred and one就做了模糊處理，舍棄了數(shù)字意譯為“很多”。
Eg: Her face lost color within twenty seconds.
她的臉色一下子就變了。
這里的within twenty seconds只是表示時(shí)間的短暫，并沒有實(shí)際的數(shù)字意義，因此，只要譯為“很快”，“一下子”等表示時(shí)間短暫的漢語意義就可以了。
二．易忽視的表達(dá)
1. mid-to-high-$200 range= $250-$300 250-300美元
low-to-mid-$200 range = $200-$250 200-250美元
Eg: "We believe this lower priced iPad could be priced in the mid-to-high-$200 range," White wrote in a note to investors.

2. dozens of, scores of 許多
