Responsibility職責
Work independently to dofield check based on deep understanding of company policy;
在理解公司各項規(guī)章制度的基礎(chǔ)上，獨立進行區(qū)域檢查;
Ensure high checking quality, to identify problem,and analyze potential risk;
保證高標準的檢查質(zhì)量，能識別發(fā)生的問題，并分析潛在的風險;
Update the company procedure and policy accordingto risky point and put forward reasonable suggestions;
根據(jù)風險點更新公司程序和政策，并提出合理化建議;
Prepare checking points and relevant material foreach task;
為每一個檢查項目準備檢查點和相關(guān)培訓資料;
Hold training for each responsible task and Q&Aduring checking;
為負責的檢查項目準備培訓，在檢查期間負責解答遇到的問題;
Analyze checking result and make Internal ControlNational/Regional/Store Report;
分析檢查結(jié)果，制作全國報告、區(qū)報和店報;
Calculate performance evaluation (KPI) for eachchecking objective group;
為每個檢查目標群組計算評估績效報告(KPI);
Other work assigned by National Internal ControlDirector.
中國區(qū)內(nèi)控總監(jiān)安排的其他事務(wù)。
Requirements職位需求
Bachelor and above;本科及以上學歷;
With finance background, accounting and audit will be preferable;
擁有財務(wù)背景，會計、審計背景優(yōu)先;
Good communication;良好的理解力;
English on Listening, Written, Spoken and Reading;英文聽、說、讀、寫能力;
Detail and accuracy oriented with good logical and analyticalskills;
注重細節(jié)和準確性，有著良好的邏輯性和分析能力;
Strong reporting writing and presentation skills;
良好的報告撰寫和展示能力;
Good data analysis and processing ability andproficient in Office software;
數(shù)據(jù)分析和處理能力，熟練使用Office軟件;
High integrity, willing to learn;正直，肯學;
Ableto work under pressure;能在壓力下工作;
