Job Duties:
Finance Assistant provides support to Finance Manager onsite and remotely which is assigned by Regional Finance Manager to ensure that HBCN branch/RRB Finance are well positioned to deal with both internal and external changes as well as to comply with both internal and external requirements.
Aimed to provide best-in-class financial services to branch management by developing and maintaining robust financial control framework; preparing internal and external reports and returns timely and accurately; as well as providing an insightful financial analysis and management information at branch level.
Job Requirements:
Full time student, work 4~5 days per week
To ensure that all regulatory reporting and survey requirement in relation to FIN are met in the most efficient manner whilst maintaining the highest level of quality control and data integrity;
To maintain good relationship with local regulators e.g. PBOC, CBRC, SAFE & Tax Bureau etc;
To provide insightful MI analysis, concise commentary and helping define and deliver on strategy for the branch;
To contribute to the development and performance of team members;
To discharge RSM responsibilities by conducting regular review on the data quality and control framework of regulatory returns of the branch/sub-branch;
To foster compliance culture and implement Group Compliance Policy, act according to HSBC internal financial control standards and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring;
