- Research and analyze customer data and provide data researching, monitoring and updating, etc.
- Provide product enhancement suggestions to both customers and the product itself.
Requirements:
- An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required.
- Ability to study and work on multiple issues and prioritize work accordingly to business processes. Good team work sense is required.
- Bachelor degree of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience in database utilization/development is a plus.
- Experience in ERP is preferred.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbally.

- 具有較好的問(wèn)題分析能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力，工作積極，主動(dòng)溝通，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作；
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)及相關(guān)專業(yè)，有數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)使用/開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
- 有ERP軟件使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
- 熟練使用英語(yǔ)，口語(yǔ)流暢，書寫規(guī)范。
