一、銀行簡(jiǎn)介
馬來(lái)亞銀行上海分行是一家提供全方位金融服務(wù)的外資銀行分行，于2000年12月28日正式對(duì)外營(yíng)業(yè)，是馬來(lái)西亞第一家在中國(guó)獲批成立的銀行。
馬來(lái)亞銀行上海分行專注于向馬來(lái)西亞，新加坡和其他東盟國(guó)家來(lái)華投資及參與同中國(guó)貿(mào)易活動(dòng)的客戶提供全方位的金融服務(wù)。近年來(lái)服務(wù)范圍擴(kuò)展到向中國(guó)內(nèi)資企業(yè)(國(guó)有/私有企業(yè))提供本外幣金融服務(wù)。分行也參與促進(jìn)中國(guó)和馬來(lái)西亞、新加坡及其他東盟國(guó)家之間的貿(mào)易和投資活動(dòng)。同時(shí)也尋求向來(lái)自其他國(guó)家和地區(qū)的外商投資企業(yè)提供服務(wù)。
經(jīng)中國(guó)人民銀行批準(zhǔn)，自2012年1月1日起，分行成為四家林吉特/人民幣交易做市商之一。2012年6月18日，馬來(lái)西亞央行在馬來(lái)西亞境外全球范圍內(nèi)授權(quán)馬來(lái)亞銀行上海分行為中國(guó)境內(nèi)的客戶和銀行同業(yè)開立林吉特賬戶，為中馬貿(mào)易提供直通式的結(jié)算和清算服務(wù)。
