　　Test Engineer
    

　　職位描述：
    

　　This is a Test Engineering position in the EUC Validation organization working on experience based testing. We are looking for a qualified test engineer to design, develop, and implement user-based experience test cases for human interface technologies. This test engineer must have experience in developing use case scenarios, driving test activities, and wiring issues in both a waterfall and agile development methodologies. Must be self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have experience working with international teams.
    

　　The Test Engineer responsibilities include:
    

　　Maintain expertise in an assigned technology. Interface with technology providers and industry sources
    

　　Engage technical contacts within the advanced engineering and development teams, to review tests executed by the development and commodity teams and determine appropriate test coverage
    

　　Evaluate new experience technology and features. Determine what the test requirements are and develop new tests to validate them
    

　　Maintain a library of tests to support current and next generation solutions
    

　　Review test case historical performance to eliminate low-value tests and improve tests resulting in false failures
    

　　Identify tools and software required for testing
    

　　Ensure that all required tools are available to test teams
    

　　Gather additional test requirements from external teams and incorporate the feedback into test cases
    

　　Qualification:
    

　　The Experience Test Engineer requirements are:
    

　　At least a MS in a Computer Science or related field
    

　　Excellent English written and verbal skills
    

　　Proficiency in both waterfall and agile development methodologies
    

　　Experience writing use cases from technical requirement documents
