Programme Overview:
    

Interns are  assigned to a team within Operations for the duration of the internship
    

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
    

You will have the  opportunity to be involved in ongoing projects, gathering market data and  reviewing current processes and to see how they can be  improved.  You will have the opportunity to meet and work with  peers and colleagues across all levels and business areas within the firm.
    

With the knowledge gained and experienced, you will be able to  develop key skills and build better organisational understanding.
    

During the 10 week internship, you will participate working on a  team initiative with regard RBS’ Corporate Social Responsibility programme.

End of  internship appraisal
    

End of internship presentation to Line Managers
    

Required Technical Skills:
    

Knowledge of  the following is an advantage, but not a requirement:-

Required Soft Skills:
    

Self-driven,  results-oriented, excellent verbal and written English skills
    

Language Skills:
    

Fluent English  and local dialect for hiring country.
