MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Administration: Perform standard office procedures including scheduling appointments and business trips; greeting and screening of visitors, e-mails, telephone calls; These duties include checking on work attendance.
2.Filing: Establish and maintain filing system, keep sensitive material (eg. personal request , leaving, transfer form) in confidence when requested in order to ensure the complete and accurate documentation. Update Org chart in time when personal changes happened.

6.Coordinate Promotion Material: Help to order imported and exported R&D sample in SAP system.

1.Education: Major in business administration.
2.Work Experience: No requirement. Secretarial internship experience or related is plus point.
