二、招聘崗位
Receptionist Intern/前臺行政實習(xí)生1人(上海-閔行區(qū))
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
1.Receive visitors and perform duties to operate telephone switchboard to receive and replay incoming calls to appropriate parties.
2.Maintain and update company telephone directory, add new information to the PABX, allocating trunk and IP bills by cost centers
3.Maintain office facilities in the mail room, such as copier, fax machines, shredder.
4.Prepare door access card by updating information to the access system and distribute employee badge.
5.Provide facility services on name card printing, stationery ordering, distribute incoming faxes, mailings and air-ticket etc., updating company news board, distributing any notices to all customer, and handle all rush requests promptly.
6.Schedule and manage conference rooms.
7.Check and pouch financial documentation and consolidate cost and budgeting report.
8.Collect local insurance claim paper.
9.Liaise with all business on annual ordering project, calendar, planner, plastic bags etc..
10.As core coordinator and first aid provider, assist on office HS&E & office risks management, first aid kit management.
11.Involve any project assigned by his/her direct report
Experience & Qualification
1.Bachelor Degree, major in English, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or other related majors.
2.Fluent in English and Mandarin speaker, knowledge of any Asian languages is a plus.
3.Proficient in PCs and MS Office Appliances (i.e., Word, Excess, PowerPoint ) as well as internet knowledge.
4.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5.Initiative, work independently and be a good team player.

Finance Intern/財務(wù)實習(xí)生2人(上海-閔行區(qū))
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
1.Be responsible for Cash & Check Remittance, such as checking daily cash balance, checking remittance-related work, making reconciliation, preparing payment slips and running routine business with banks and tax offices.
2.Be responsible for Invoices Management, such as Issuing Invoices, collecting invoices and supporting documents from landlords/vendors for client disbursements.
3.Be responsible for daily reimbursement transacting.
4.Assist in Foreign Exchange Management and supporting Finance Manger and Accountant’s daily work.
Experience & Qualifications
1.Bachelor and above Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related fields.
2.Excellent command of oral and written English.
3.Minimum 1 year of related experience in a MNC.
4.Familiar with Cash and Bank risk control.
5.Be familiar with the policy of export processing, import payments, export receipts and exchange settlements.
6.Mature & resourceful team player and able to work under pressure
7.Detail-Oriented and reliable.
