New CAs in our Consumer Associate Program (CA) entersa 3.5 years multi-functional rotation program, through 3 rotations in differentfunctions months within China Consumer business. It’s antrainee program, wehire the world’s brightest minds andoffer them an environment in which they can relentlessly improve the experiencefor our customers.Examples of rotation assignments include work in multipledynamic areas and offer customers greater selection, lower prices, morein-stock, and a best-in-class shopping experience/ leverage all online trafficchannels to highlight our brands and products, initiate promotions to bringawareness to our stores and help customers collect enough page informationbefore they make orders./ demand planning and developing and executing categorylevel inventory strategies to maximize sales, margin and inventory turns, haveend to end ownership of the inventory from manufacturer to end customer.Overallto say, as a Consumer Associate, we want you to help share and shape ourmission to be Earth’s most customer-centric company. You will be selected totake one role of below positions in consumer business as the starting role, andgo through the others rotation on different roles in the following years andbecome a future leader in Amazon.

Here is what we are looking for:
• Bachelor and above degree, ideally withsome exposure to retail industry
• Proficiency in English is stronglydesired
• Excellent communication skills with teamwork spirits
• High degree of proactive “hands-on”thinking and acting
• Strong analytical skills and ability toquickly pick up the relevant system tools
• Self-starter with strong learningcapabilities, capable to work well under high pressure
• Self-organized, deal well withmulti-task situation
• Always insist on the high standards andkeep progressing
