二、 關(guān)于業(yè)聚公司的校園招聘
FLEP (Future Leaders Education Program) 是OrbusNeich深圳公司的一個(gè)人才培育計(jì)劃。它是應(yīng)屆大學(xué)畢業(yè)生加入OrbusNeich深圳公司的途徑，終在公司內(nèi)部形成一個(gè)人才庫(kù)。具體程序如下：
1) 為期3天的公司概況、產(chǎn)品及相關(guān)程序介紹。
2) 為期7個(gè)月的輪崗階段：在這一階段， 由OrbusNeich深圳公司各部門經(jīng)理和(或)項(xiàng)目組長(zhǎng)為新成員確定一個(gè)合理的輪崗方案以確保提供良好的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。在每一期的輪崗中FLEP成員將和所在部門的經(jīng)理、主管和工程師共同工作和學(xué)習(xí)。
3) 每一位FLEP成員需要經(jīng)過(guò)3次輪崗訓(xùn)練，在輪崗中他們將被要求獲得不同的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷。
4) 到輪崗結(jié)束，每位新成員已經(jīng)具備了半年多的不同崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)，OrbusNeich深圳公司也將因此有機(jī)會(huì)對(duì)FLEP成員的工作表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的評(píng)估。在此基礎(chǔ)上并結(jié)合個(gè)人意愿，與之匹配的崗位將被終確定下來(lái)。
FLEP (Future Leaders Education Program) is a talent pipeline for ON Shenzhen. It is the way that recent university graduates join ON-SZ, and towards creating a talent pool within ON-Shenzhen. The process is:
1) 3 days orientation program to introduce them to our organization, Pro ducts, Procedures, etc.
2) Rotation stage of the program. In this stage, ON managers and/or Project Leaders identify a project or activity needed to be performed and that provide a good learning experience for the new members. They go for work for the managers who create the project for a period of 4 months.
3) Each new member goes through 3 rotations. They are asked to gain different experiences in their rotations.
4) At the end of rotations, the new hires have almost one year of diverse experience and ON have an opportunity to evaluate their performance in a variety of settings. At this point, the best position for them is jointly determined.

General Requirements:
1. Good communication skills in both written and oral English. Pass CET-6 is required.
2. Familiar with office software.
3. Good team player with excellence interpersonal skills.
4. Able to thinking clearly, sensibly, logically and base on facts.
5. Self motivated.
Positions:
1. R&D Engineer(SDS):
- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material, specially structure/polymer engineer.
- Good statistical analysis background.
- Good English writing, reading and oral skill.
2. R&D Engineer (CT)
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Mold design and manufacture.
- Be familiar with mold/fixture design and manufacture
- Be familiar with polymer material and processing/control
- Have an intimate knowledge of FEA and ANSYS
- Be skilled in Pre-e, Solid work, AutoCAD
3. R&D Engineer (COP)
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Mechanical or Material.
- Good Engineering background
- Good Communication skill
- Excellent English skill
4. Equipment Engineer
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Electromechanical Integration or Electrical Automation.
- Fluent English skill both in spoken and written.
