Position: Recruitment Trainee(招聘顧問培訓(xùn)生)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Pre-Search Analysis of market and potential client’s competitors
- Source for candidates using various channels including cold calling, database
- Conduct phone interviews and personal interviews with qualified candidates
- Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database
- Manage candidates’ expectation and whole recruitment process
- Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates
- Prepare for candidate before interview with client to increase successful ratio
- Keep effective communication with clients if needed
- Build good relationship with candidates
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Humble, Hard working, responsible and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Mature and results-driven with logical thinking
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of spoken and written English

- 及時(shí)在數(shù)據(jù)庫中更新候選人的職業(yè)經(jīng)歷、技能、優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足等信息
- 管理候選人的期望值和整個(gè)招聘流程
- 撰寫候選人背景報(bào)告呈交客戶
- 為候選人做好充分的面試準(zhǔn)備,以提高候選人與客戶面試的成功率
- 必要時(shí)與客戶進(jìn)行有效的職位溝通
- 與候選人建立良好的關(guān)系
工作要求:
- 對(duì)人力資源或者銷售模塊中有一定的了解和認(rèn)知
- 良好的人際溝通技巧和展示技巧
- 謙虛,勤奮,有責(zé)任心,注重細(xì)節(jié)
- 具有良好的抗壓能力和緊迫感,并能夠在規(guī)定的期限內(nèi)完成公司給與的任務(wù)
