二、招聘職位
Sales Trainee
Your duties:
•You will be offered a one to two years trainee program in China and Germany and afterwards an interesting position in one of our Klüber companies in China;
•You will work in different departments in our Klüber Lubrication, mainly in Sales / Marketing &Application Engineering departments, possible rotation in logistics, finance etc.;
•You will have plenty of opportunities to enhance your professional abilities, build new capabilities and proficiencies and develop effective team-building and management skills;
•With the on-the-job development you will receive a strong element of learning. You will be exposed to a variety of solutions and technologies through your daily roles and responsibilities;
•As part of our local Klüber team you will be a future link between the local operating unit and our worldwide network.
Our requirements:
•A qualified graduate from Universities, should have a degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, and should pursue a post graduate study in one of the former or business economics;
•An open minded person, with strong communication skills and adaptability to foreign cultures;
•A high degree of flexibility and innovative abilities to meet the challenges of an expanding and market oriented organization;
•Basic controlling and business knowledge will be of a further advantage.
