World Trade Organization Director General, Robert Azevedo, spoke at the APEC CEO Summit discussion and shared what he thinks are the major concerns for doing business.

For business today，tariffs are not the most important thing, the two biggest concerns are 1, time and cost, the cost of crossing the border. 2, What happened behind the border, the rules and regulations....the key is the trade facilitation agreement.
