二、招聘職位 SAP AGS(全球技術(shù)支持中心) SAP技術(shù)支持/SAP咨詢顧問( 北京 / 上海 / 深圳 / 大連 ) PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE SAP Active Global Support protects customer's investment and enables continuous improvement. Established in 2004, Solution Operations Support China is playing an important role within SAP Active Global Support and has since become the fastest growing location globally. With our help, customers can manage the technical quality of their solution landscapes and adapt their existing SAP solutions to the ever changing market conditions and business requirements. With our global delivery model, CoEs from China are helping our top global customers in Asia Pacific, Europe, U.S. and Latin America. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Support local and international key accounts through whole lifecycle of projects by delivering onsite and/or remote services, e.g., business analysis, risk assessments, technical and functional business process improvement, and system operations. Ability to write technical design specifications based on functional design specification according to customer requirements. Testing and debugging of applications based on test cases. In order to serve the needs of our customers even better, SAP Active Global Support and SAP Consulting team up as “One Services” to enable our customers to leverage SAP’s latest technology, deploy state-of-the-art software solutions and at the same time reduce the total cost of implementation and operations significantly. This is achieved by utilizing SAP Best Practice to deploy a baseline configuration and then engage with the customer in Rapid Prototyping to adjust the solution to specific needs, based on the proven concepts of Innovation Control Center, Operations Control Center, and Mission Control Center. On top of this we co-engineer with our most strategic customers innovative solutions on our Cloud Platform Powered by SAP HANA. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Support local and international key accounts by following major tasks(on site or remotely), portal/user interface design, technical user experience improvement. Ability to design UI/Portal/other development work based on the requirements from customers/projects. Manage critical customer situations. Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to SAP employees and customers.
