神龍汽車有限公司，是由中國東風(fēng)汽車公司與法國標(biāo)致雪鐵龍集團(tuán)各出資50%興建的汽車生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營企業(yè)，成立于1992年5月。先后被評(píng)為“全國用戶滿意企業(yè)”，“中國優(yōu)秀誠信企業(yè)”、“中國環(huán)境標(biāo)志杰出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)”等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。
公司主要生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營東風(fēng)雪鐵龍、東風(fēng)標(biāo)致品牌系列汽車，實(shí)行“一個(gè)公司、兩個(gè)品牌”的經(jīng)營模式。公司總部位于湖北武漢，東風(fēng)標(biāo)致品牌部設(shè)在北京，東風(fēng)雪鐵龍品牌部設(shè)在上海。
公司擁有武漢、襄陽兩大生產(chǎn)基地，武漢一廠、武漢二廠、武漢三廠已具備年產(chǎn)60萬輛整車能力，襄陽工廠已具備年產(chǎn)64萬臺(tái)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的能力。2015年公司將形成年產(chǎn)75萬輛整車及120萬臺(tái)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的生產(chǎn)能力。
2014年7月2日，籌劃已久的公司整車第四工廠正式落戶成都，其設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)能為30萬輛/年，生產(chǎn)以SUV、MPV等多用途乘用車為主，計(jì)劃于2016年底投產(chǎn)。
DongFeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd is a joint venture held by Dongfeng Motor Company (China) and PSA Peugeot Citroen Company (France) in May, 1992 with each of 50% financial contribution respectively. DongFeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd mainly produces and operates series of vehicles under the brands of DongFeng Citroen and DongFeng Peugeot. It adopts the mode of "one company, two brands" in its operation and management. The headquarter of the company is located in Wuhan Hubei, Dongfeng Peugeot in Beijing and Dongfeng Citroen in Shanghai.
DongFeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd has established two production bases respectively in Wuhan and Xiangyang. The Plant 1, Plant 2 and Plant 3 have the capacity of producing 600,000 vehicles per year, and Xiangyang Plant 640,000 engines per year. In 2015 , DongFeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd will have the capacity of producing 750,000 vehicles and 1.2 million engines per year.
On Jul. 2, 2014, the company’s plant 4 formally settled down in Chengdu after long-term preparation with defined capacity of 300K units per year. It mainly produces multi-functional passenger cars such as SUV, MPV, etc. and will be launched in the end of 2016 as planned.
