Responsibilities:
· Assisting Senior or Sales director in daily sales/marketing work as a focal point to the external customer for all activities relating to the sales of Airbus aircraft products in China.
· Building and fostering relationships with our existing and potential customers. Establish a rapport with customers to provide insight into the direction of their organization, work in shaping requirements, assess customer satisfaction, and understand their budget and political environment.
· Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for the region and forecasting orders with the expectation of achieving specific targets. Engage in continuous development to promote the sale of Airbus products
· Organizing and provide logistic support for sales related internal or external events.
Qualifications Requirements
· A Graduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing
· At least 2-5 years of experience in the aerospace and aviation industry in Asia related to sales and marketing is required.
· The candidate must also possess the ability to lead and drive teams in the execution of sales strategies that meet specific company and departmental requirements.
· The candidate must have the ability to deal effectively with all levels of airline management, and possess strong presentation skills. Knowledge of overall company policies, systems, and procedures as well as languages in the PRC are considered as assets.
· Personal creativity and drive; must have the vision and courage to break new ground and establish the highest standards of excellence, while taking prudent risks to achieve sales targets and goals.
· Extensive travelling will be required.
· Good writing and language skills in both Chinese and English
