      德州市2015年初中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試說明
      英 語
      I. 命題指導(dǎo)思想
    一、英語學(xué)科考試以現(xiàn)行《全日制義務(wù)教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(2011年版)和現(xiàn)行教材為依據(jù),本說明就考試的依據(jù)和命題范圍、考試的內(nèi)容和形式都作了規(guī)定,是2015年初中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試命題和學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)備考的依據(jù)。
    二、命題重視“新語境”的創(chuàng)設(shè)與運(yùn)用,考查學(xué)生綜合語言運(yùn)用能力。
    三、試題總分值保持穩(wěn)定,本著初高銜接的原則,試題題目類型和分值進(jìn)行了個(gè)別調(diào)整,體現(xiàn)新課程理念。
    四、命題力求科學(xué)、準(zhǔn)確、公平、規(guī)范,試卷應(yīng)有較高的信度、效度、必要的區(qū)分度和適當(dāng)?shù)碾y度。
      II.考試的內(nèi)容及要求
    依據(jù)《義務(wù)教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(2011年版)規(guī)定的五級(jí)目標(biāo)要求,確定本學(xué)科考試內(nèi)容??忌鷳?yīng)在英語語言知識(shí)、語言技能、情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略、文化意識(shí)等方面達(dá)到相應(yīng)水平。對語言知識(shí)、語言運(yùn)用的具體要求如下:
     一、語言知識(shí)
      (一)語音
    要求考生能聽懂并使用自然規(guī)范的語音語調(diào)的英語表達(dá),養(yǎng)成語義與語境、語調(diào)與語流相結(jié)合聽說意識(shí),不能單純追求單音的準(zhǔn)確性,養(yǎng)成良好的聽和發(fā)音習(xí)慣。對重音、連讀、爆破、弱讀、同化、語調(diào)、節(jié)奏能都有一定程度的了解和掌握,在聽力部分得以體現(xiàn)。
      (二)詞匯
    要求考生掌握并運(yùn)用《義務(wù)教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(2011年版)五級(jí)要求規(guī)定的英語語音、詞匯、語法、功能意念和話題(見課標(biāo)),要求詞匯量為1500~1600個(gè),掌握基本詞義和用法,以及在特定語境中的意義,并學(xué)會(huì)使用200~300個(gè)習(xí)慣用語和固定搭配。
      (三)語法
    要求考生根據(jù)《義務(wù)教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(2011年版)五級(jí)要求規(guī)定的英語語法項(xiàng)目表(P46, 附錄2),掌握語法基本知識(shí),能融入到運(yùn)用語言的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中,突出其表意價(jià)值,在用英語做事情的過程中學(xué)習(xí)和掌握語法項(xiàng)目表所列出的各項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,在綜合運(yùn)用中接受考查和評(píng)價(jià)。在五級(jí)語法知識(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中要特別注意體會(huì)行為動(dòng)詞的意義:
    1. 理解附錄“語法項(xiàng)目表”中所列語法項(xiàng)目并能在特定語境中使用;
    2. 了解常用語言形式的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和常用表意功能;
    3. 在實(shí)際運(yùn)用中體會(huì)和領(lǐng)悟語言形式的表意功能;
    4. 理解并運(yùn)用恰當(dāng)?shù)恼Z言形式描述人和物;描述具體事件和具體行為的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程;描述時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)及方位;比較人、物體及事物等。
     (四)功能
    在交往中恰當(dāng)理解和運(yùn)用本級(jí)別所列功能意念的語言表達(dá)形式(具體內(nèi)容參見課標(biāo)附錄4)。
     (五)話題
    圍繞本級(jí)別所列話題恰當(dāng)理解和運(yùn)用相關(guān)的語言表達(dá)形式(具體內(nèi)容參見課標(biāo)附錄5)。
      二、語言運(yùn)用
      1.聽
    要求考生能聽懂所熟悉話題的簡單的句子,聽懂短話和長對話及短文??忌鷳?yīng)能:
    (1)能根據(jù)語調(diào)和重音理解說話者的意圖;
    (2)能聽懂有關(guān)熟悉話題的談話,并能從中提取信息和觀點(diǎn);
    (3)能借助語境克服生詞障礙、理解大意;
    (4)能聽懂接近正常語速的故事和敘述,理解故事的因果關(guān)系;
    (5)能在聽的過程中用適當(dāng)方式做出反應(yīng);
    (6)能針對所聽語段的內(nèi)容記錄簡單信息。
      2. 說
    要求考生在聽力部分滲透口語表達(dá)的題目中,做出適當(dāng)反應(yīng)。考生應(yīng)能:
    (1)能救簡單的話題提供信息,表達(dá)簡單的觀點(diǎn)和意見,參與討論;
    (2)能與他人溝通信息,合作完成任務(wù);
    (3)能在口頭表達(dá)中新型適當(dāng)?shù)淖晕倚拚?
    (4)能有效的詢問信息和尋求幫助;
    (5)能根據(jù)話題進(jìn)行情景會(huì)話;
    (6)能用英語表演短劇;
    (7)能在以上口語活動(dòng)中躲到語音、語調(diào)自然,語氣恰當(dāng)。
     3. 讀
    要求考生能讀懂書報(bào)雜志等中的一般性話題的簡短文段或者公告說明廣告等,并能從中獲取相關(guān)信息。考生應(yīng)能:
    (1)能根據(jù)上下文和構(gòu)詞法推斷、理解生詞的含義;
    (2)能理解段落中各句子之間的邏輯關(guān)系;
    (3)能找出文章中的主題,理解故事的情節(jié),預(yù)測故事情節(jié)的發(fā)展和可能的結(jié)局,進(jìn)行判斷和推理;
    (4)能讀懂常見體裁的閱讀材料;
    (5)能根據(jù)不同的閱讀目的運(yùn)用簡單的閱讀策略獲取信息;
    (6)理解作者的觀點(diǎn)、意圖和態(tài)度。
      4. 寫
    要求考生能根據(jù)提示進(jìn)行書面表達(dá)。考生應(yīng)能:
    1.能根據(jù)寫作要求,獨(dú)立寫作短文、短信等;
    2.能簡單描述人物或事件;
    3.能使用常見的連接詞表示順序和邏輯關(guān)系,清楚連貫的傳遞信息,表達(dá)觀點(diǎn);
    4.能根據(jù)所給圖示或表格寫出簡單的段落或操作說明。

      一、考試形式
    閉卷、筆試形式。考試限定用時(shí)為120分鐘。
      二、試卷結(jié)構(gòu)
      (一)題型結(jié)構(gòu)
    試卷分為七個(gè)題目,滿分120分。題型分為:選擇題55個(gè)、填空題15個(gè)、問答題5個(gè)、寫作1題。
      (二)難度結(jié)構(gòu)
    試題按其難度分容易題,中等題,難題。分值之比為5:3: 2。

    一、聽力部分(共25小題,計(jì)25分;每小題約有8秒鐘的答題時(shí)間)
    本題需要聽錄音做選擇題和填表題,共四部分,20個(gè)小題,每小題1分。
    (一) 1~5 小題:要求考生根據(jù)聽到的句子,從每小題所給的3個(gè)選項(xiàng)中選出佳答語。 每個(gè)句子讀一遍。
    (二)6~8小題:要求考生根據(jù)聽到的三個(gè)句子,選擇與句子內(nèi)容相對應(yīng)的圖片。每個(gè)句子聽兩遍。
    (三)9~14 小題:要求考生根據(jù)聽到的5個(gè)小對話,從每小題所給的3個(gè)選項(xiàng)中選出能回答所給問題的正確選項(xiàng)。每段對話讀兩遍。
    (四)15~20 小題:要求考生根據(jù)聽到的兩段長對話,從每小題所給的3個(gè)選項(xiàng)中選出能回答所給問題的正確選項(xiàng)。對話讀兩遍。
    (五)21~25小題:要求考生根據(jù)聽到的一篇短文或者長對話,填寫所給表格。短文或者長對話讀兩遍。
     二、單項(xiàng)選擇(共10小題,計(jì)10分)
    本題創(chuàng)設(shè)語境測試語法、習(xí)語、固定搭配、常用句式和交際用語等。
      三、閱讀理解(共20小題,計(jì)40分)
    本題共有四篇文章。要求考生閱讀文章,根據(jù)其內(nèi)容選擇第36-55小題的佳答案。
      四、綜合填空(共10空, 計(jì)10分)
    閱讀一篇短文,根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容和首字母提示填空, 僅限填1個(gè)詞。
      五、完成短文(共5空,計(jì)5分)
    閱讀短文,從短文下面方框中的六個(gè)句子中選擇五個(gè)還原到短文中,使原文意思完整、連貫。
      六、閱讀表達(dá) (共5小題,計(jì)10分)
    閱讀短文,根據(jù)題目要求完成各小題。
      七、書面表達(dá)(計(jì)20分)
    根據(jù)圖示、表格或文字提示等,寫一段80~100字的短文,短文的開頭已給出(不計(jì)入總詞數(shù))。要求所寫短文內(nèi)容完整,句子通順內(nèi)容與所給材料相符。
