英   語(yǔ)
    

 
    一、指導(dǎo)思想
    1、以教育部制定的《義務(wù)教育英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（2011年版）》為依據(jù)，在考查基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本技能的同時(shí)，著重考查學(xué)生的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。
    2、在保持連續(xù)性、穩(wěn)定性的前提下，進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)中考改革，促進(jìn)初中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革，促進(jìn)學(xué)生發(fā)展。
    3、試題所選擇的語(yǔ)言素材和創(chuàng)設(shè)的語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用情景與學(xué)生的生活實(shí)際、生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)及社會(huì)發(fā)展實(shí)際緊密聯(lián)系。
    4、杜絕繁、偏、舊試題，題量適中，難易適度。
    二、考試內(nèi)容和要求
    （一）語(yǔ)言知識(shí)
    考查學(xué)生在一定的語(yǔ)境中運(yùn)用語(yǔ)法知識(shí)、詞匯知識(shí)、語(yǔ)用知識(shí)的能力，考查形式有單項(xiàng)填空，完形填空、單詞拼寫(xiě)、綜合填空等。 
    語(yǔ)法知識(shí)的考查以《義務(wù)教育英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（2011年版）》語(yǔ)法項(xiàng)目表中的五級(jí)要求為準(zhǔn)（見(jiàn)附錄1）。
    詞匯考查范圍以詞匯表（見(jiàn)附錄2）所列1600個(gè)單詞為依據(jù)，同時(shí)還包括《義務(wù)教育課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)教科書(shū)英語(yǔ)》教材中所學(xué)的常用單詞、習(xí)慣用語(yǔ)或固定搭配。
    （二）語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用
    1、聽(tīng)力
    考查學(xué)生對(duì)所聽(tīng)語(yǔ)言材料的理解以及從所聽(tīng)語(yǔ)言材料中獲取信息、并能簡(jiǎn)單記錄有關(guān)信息的能力。
    2、口語(yǔ)
    2015年初中畢業(yè)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)包括英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)測(cè)試，考查學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單口頭表達(dá)的能力。
    3、閱讀
    閱讀理解能力是初中英語(yǔ)中考的主要考查內(nèi)容，著重考查學(xué)生理解各種題材和體裁的書(shū)面材料的能力以及從各種材料中獲取信息的能力，不僅考查細(xì)節(jié)，還重視考查深層理解能力，包括把握所讀材料的主旨和要義、根據(jù)已知事實(shí)作出簡(jiǎn)單推斷、理解作者的觀點(diǎn)和態(tài)度以及根據(jù)語(yǔ)境猜測(cè)詞義等。考試形式不僅有傳統(tǒng)的選擇題型，還將設(shè)置非選擇題型。
    4、書(shū)面表達(dá)
    著重考查學(xué)生以書(shū)面形式表達(dá)意義的能力。中考書(shū)面表達(dá)為指導(dǎo)性寫(xiě)作，即要求學(xué)生根據(jù)所提供的某些信息，按一定的要求寫(xiě)作文或其他形式的材料。提示形式包括中英文寫(xiě)作要點(diǎn)說(shuō)明或圖表提示等。
    三、考試方法和試卷結(jié)構(gòu)
    （一）考試方法
    考試分聽(tīng)力考試和筆試兩部分。先進(jìn)行聽(tīng)力測(cè)試，再進(jìn)行筆試。進(jìn)行聽(tīng)力考試時(shí)，考生在統(tǒng)一時(shí)間內(nèi)在考場(chǎng)收聽(tīng)錄音磁帶，邊聽(tīng)錄音邊答題。錄音帶只放一遍，錄音結(jié)束，聽(tīng)力考試即結(jié)束。考試時(shí)間為120分鐘。
