Job Description:
Identifying new customers and compiling prospective client lists.
Calling and meeting new prospects, including the preparation and delivery of sales presentations.
Identifying new areas for growth and developing sales strategies.
Generating New Charter sales and achieving financial targets.
Account Management of existing customer accounts allocated by the Director
Working with the existing Charter Sales Executives in the preparation of formal charter quotations.
Qualifications:
Atleast 2 years experience in a proactive sales environment within the aviation industry, preferably with an operator or charter broker.
Able to communicate clearly and concisely with the ability to influence decision makers.
Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and co-workers to build successful relationships
The ability to work productively within a high pressured environment.
Enthusiastic, highly motivated and self confident individual
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to sell face to face and prepare and perform formal presentations.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Strong business and commercial acumen with a professional approach to work
IT literate with excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Flexible and willing to travel
