    Job Summary:
    Lead to establish HR management system and labour discipline.
    In charge of training, executing and inspecting HR working routine and HR rules and regulations.
    Take charge for recruitment, employment, retirement, appraisal and rewards and punishment, to guarantee system of staff entering and quitting in good operation
    According to company’s HR schedule, assist sections to develop and make good use of human resources to commit requirements of company’s operation
    Responsible for collecting potential HR information
    Have responsibility for handling the social insurance and housing fund and document management
    Other work assigned by leader
    Knowledge&Experience
    Bachelor degree or above
    CET-6 or above.
    Three or more years working experience, preferably from aviation industry

    負(fù)責(zé)建立公司人事管理制度、勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律管理等條例。
    負(fù)責(zé)人力資源方面的工作程序和規(guī)章制度、實(shí)施細(xì)則的培訓(xùn)、執(zhí)行和檢查。
    負(fù)責(zé)人員的招聘、錄用、辭退、考核和獎(jiǎng)懲工作,確保人員的準(zhǔn)入和退出機(jī)制完善、調(diào)控效果良好。
    根據(jù)公司崗位編制,協(xié)助公司各部門有效地開發(fā)和利用人力,滿足公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理需要。
    負(fù)責(zé)在公司內(nèi)外收集有潛力的和所需要的人才信息。
    負(fù)責(zé)公司人員社保、公積金的辦理以及檔案管理。
    領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
    崗位要求:
    學(xué)歷:本科(含)以上學(xué)歷。
    英語CET-6以上。
    三年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有航空公司經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
