    Tasks:
    1. Daily Assistance to GM Commercial Operations
    Daily assistant including schedule arrangement, travel arrangement, appointment/meeting management, reimbursement, email, documentation, etc.
    2. GAM support to GM Commercial Operations
    Support in GAM (Global account manager) activities: cooperate with headquarter on GAM activities, such as arrange meeting, prepare documents etc.
    3. Adm support to RR Sales colleagues based in Shanghai
    Adm support including air ticket booking, travel arrangement etc.
    4. Meeting/Activity Organization
    Support in team meeting organization, participants notifying, venue arranging, etc.
    5. Complete the other tasks assigned by the supervisor
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor Degree
    2. Good communication skills
    3. Fluent in both oral and written English
    4. Experienced in Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook etc.
    5. Good personality & team player, easy-going, willing to help
    6. Willing to learn and fast learner, self-motivated and proactive
    7. Can work at least 4 days per week, last for at least 3 months
