成立于1951 年的瑞典利樂公司早在1979 年就進(jìn)入中國市場。利樂一直信奉"與中國客戶共同成長"的經(jīng)營理念，致力于貫徹"確保安全的食品在任何地方皆舉手可得"的使命，不斷將先進(jìn)的技術(shù)設(shè)備和完善的配套服務(wù)引進(jìn)中國，在中國液態(tài)食品行業(yè)發(fā)揮著重要的作用。

二、職位要求
1. Manufacturing Trainee Program (Location: Kunshan, Beijing)
Through robust training and practicing within Tetra Pak manufacturing and WCM(World Class Manufacturing) system as well as excel learning and development on leadership, this project targets to develop future management talent of key positions in SCO function after 3-5 years development program. In 3 years trainee program, we will offer:
1. Job rotation in key production processes;
2. Regular coaching and interaction with senior leadership team;
3. Systematic training of WCM (world class manufacturing)
4. Training plan of Tetra Pak Trainee Program
Requirements：
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Auto control, Process Control, Printing Engineering, Plastics process, Printing process, Instrument and Apparatus, Materials Engineering, Material Forming and Control, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Water supply and Drainage Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Chemistry and related majors
2. Good command of oral and written English
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skill
4. Logical thinking, willing to take the ownership
5. Spirit of Teamwork, innovative and creative
6. Strong career interest in manufacturing management
2. Supply Chain Operations Trainee Program (Location: Beijing)
Through job rotational assignments in supply chain departments (logistics, planning, customer service), and with continuous functional skills & competencies training, this project targets to bring up the trainee to be a qualified supply chain operations talent after 3-5 years development program. In 3 years trainee program, we will offer:
1. Job rotation in key supply chain department;
2. Regular coaching and interaction with senior leadership team;
3. Training plan of Tetra Pak Trainee Program
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree, major in logistics, engineering, business administration, trade etc
2. Good command of oral and written English
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skill
4. Logical thinking, willing to take the ownership
5. Spirit of Teamwork, innovative and creative
6. Strong career interest in factory operation and supply chain operations management
3. Technical Trainee Program (Location: Shanghai)
Join as Service Engineer to receive technical training and learn technical skills in Field Service Operation Team for 9 months and Installation Team for 3 months. Join Business Development Team as Business Analyst and rotate among Service Categories to learn Service Products with experienced Business Development Managers for 18 months. Rotate to the frontline Customer Management and Sales Team as Technical Key Account Executive and shadowing with experienced Technical Key Account Manager to gain solid customer management and sales experience for 6 months. Re-join Business Development Team as Portfolio Specialist or Solution Specialist with an aim to develop into Business Development Manager in 2 years.
Requirements:
Master degree
Engineering educational background will be a plus
