Job description
As a Business Support & HR Assistant you will be supporting the HR function and other administrative functions of our Shanghai entity. You will have an opportunity to support and get exposure to all areas of our Shanghai office’s HR operations. Other administrative duties cover HR, IT, facilities and risk management related tasks.
Our Shanghai office Business Support Team currently includes one Accounting Associate and one Receptionist.
Qualifications
• College degree or above.
• A minimum of 1 year or more of experience in Admin Support. Experience with HR admin tasks such as payroll, social security, housing funds, etc. is a plus. You do not need to be an HR admin expert, as we will offer on the job training.
• Having worked in an international environment is considered a strong asset.
• We seek a highly dedicated and mature professional with a professional mindset, strong organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, good social skills, ability to handle pressure, flexibility, strong multitasking abilities.
• A motivated, positive and proactive approach to work.
• Good command of both English and Chinese will be essential in the role.

Job Responsibility
- Manage the reception area, such as operate the telephone, entertain visitors (tea, coffee)
- Receive, distribute and arrange mail delivery
- Responsible for stationary/office supplies purchasing, distribution and management
- Responsible for company printings, including name cards, etc.
- Responsible for updating company contact list
- Provide necessary support for ticket, hotel booking
- Other ad hoc tasks (e.g. visas for foreigners, bank deposits, visits to social security office, etc.)
Qualifications:
- College degree or above
- Positive and active attitude;
- Good communication, quick learning and smart understanding capability;
- Service mindset, flexible to deal with multi-task and complex situation;
- Fluent Chinese, basic level in English required.
