As for me, cooking class must be the only course that attracted me most during my school time. It was actually a weekly optional course operated by a professional chef who worked in a grand hotel. It was my favourite class not only because I was a foodie but also due to the fact that every word from the chief teacher was so humorous and charming. I couldn’t help following him from the beginning until the end without distraction. In an amusing way, my knowledge about cooking was built up rapidly, including telling difference between vegetables, basic cooking skills as well as interesting table manners. It was this cooking class that guided the direction of my future career.
