    第一句是形容詞短語，而第二句是名詞短語，兩個都可以用；要用哪一個，其實(shí)要看前文。如果句子的前半部是 "The candidate has to be ..."，按照文法就須使用形容詞，所以應(yīng)用第一句。如果句子是以 "The candidate has to demonstrate ..." 開頭，接下去就要使用第二句的名詞短語了。
    假若應(yīng)征這份工作所須的條件不只一項，列寫時就必須用同一語法結(jié)構(gòu)寫出來，切不可一項用名詞短語，一項用形容詞短語。例如：
    The candidate has to be
    · proficient in Microsoft applications
    · fluent in Putonghua and English
    · willingness to work irregular hours
    這則廣告列出三項條件，開頭兩項用形容詞短語寫出，也配合開頭的 "The candidate has to be..." 但第三項的條件卻是一個名詞短語（willingness...），犯了文法的錯誤，應(yīng)改寫為 "willing to ..."。
