人們常把教師比作園丁，確實如此。當老師非常的辛苦和勞累，尤其是幼兒教師。幼教是一項耐心、持久、艱苦的工程，幼教意味著責任，汗水，配合。沒有誰能夠不付出辛勤汗水就能成功，沒有誰脫離家長的配合就能成功。在當今重視教育，家長要求越來越高，孩子的個性越來越強的社會背景下，做一個好教師很難。我們的老師只有不斷接受挑戰(zhàn)，不斷改進我們的服務態(tài)度，端正我們的工作態(tài)度，才能贏得家長的信任。也只有真心的付出和全身心的投入，才能贏得孩子的愛。
上學期，老師們都付出了辛勤的勞動，也贏得了絕大多數(shù)家長的信任。所以在本學期擴大了生源。成績的取得離不開領導的關心和家長的支持。當然，我們的工作也存在很多的不足，比如保育工作還可以做得更細一些，教育方面，還要不斷地學習與提高。如今，我們又一次步入了金秋的九月，又一次面臨著新的學期新的起點，又一次面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)新的希望。報名時，當我看見家長向我們投來的一雙雙期望的眼神，當我看著孩子們天真無邪的眼睛，當朱港的干部，及附近農(nóng)民也信任地將孩子的手交到了我們手里，我感覺任重而道遠。孩子是每一個家庭的核心，幼兒園關系到千家萬戶，幼兒園是監(jiān)獄工作的大后方之一。只有幼兒園工作做好，我們的干工才能安心、踏實地工作。在以后的日子里，我們將和孩子們一道成長。如果說我們的付出是艱辛的，孩子們的回報則是厚重的。在新學年的工作中，我們不求驚天動地，只愿平凡無悔；不求碩果累累，只愿問心無愧；不求點石成金，只愿春風化雨；不求桃李滿天下，只愿笑聲滿園關不?。?BR> 幼兒教育離不開家長的配合，所以請家長同志在對孩子進行引導時，一定要平等相待、曉之以理，切忌出現(xiàn)過分寵愛，或動則呵斥、或撒手不管、或過分嘮叨等現(xiàn)象。在師生關系上，要引導孩子尊重老師，不要用老師來嚇唬幼兒。同時希望家長朋友們對我們的工作多提寶貴意見。
幼兒教育也離不開監(jiān)獄領導的關心。上半年，幼兒園合并。監(jiān)獄給予了幼兒園極大的支持。每個教室安裝了空調，本學期又翻新了小小班教室的地板。下一步，幼兒園計劃將外面兩塊草坪鋪上塑膠地墊，再增添一套大型幼兒室外玩具，不斷地改善環(huán)境。相信監(jiān)獄領導會一如繼往地給予支持。
其實，幼兒園就像是一個大家庭，有老師，有孩子，有爸爸媽媽。在監(jiān)獄領導的大力支持下，只要我們大家團結起來，齊心協(xié)力，我們的幼兒園一定會一天比一天好！
