Logistics Department Intern

Corporate Logistics and Purchasing Center Asia-Pacific
Job Description:
In this position, you will be involved in challenging but interesting logistics project. As well as some routine tasks, such as SAP booking and warehouse billing check.
Main responsibilities are shown as below:
• Monthly billing analysis and KPI report of 3rd party logistic supplier.
• Daily SAP operation concerning domestic warehouse operation.
• Other tasks given by the manager, such as warehouse data management.
• Possible business trip with Logistic Project manager to domestic warehouses.
• Provide solutions and recommendations for logistics project based on data analysis.
Requirements:
• Availability of at least 4 days/week for at least 6 months (from 1st August)
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP experience preferred
• Highly analytical and data processing skills
• Excellent communication capability
• Strong interest in logistics and supply chain management
• First-year master student (研一學(xué)生) is highly preferred
Compensation:
• 115 RMB/day (before tax) for bachelor students
• 145 RMB/day (before tax) for undergraduate master students
Location:
- 333 Fuquan Road North, Shanghai 200335 P.R. China Company shuttle bus at Songhong Rd Subway Station
- 福泉北路333號(2號線淞虹路地鐵站下有班車接送，上下班時間每5分鐘一班，路程大概10分鐘)
