Abbott’s Financial Professional Development Program (FPDP) prepares college graduates with majors in
accounting and finance for financial management roles. The goal of the program is to identify and develop Abbott’s future global financial leaders. Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem solving abilities.
雅培財(cái)務(wù)管培生項(xiàng)目主要針對于財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)的應(yīng)屆生。該項(xiàng)目旨在為雅培培養(yǎng)將來的財(cái)務(wù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人。理想的候選人需要同時(shí)具備良好的商業(yè)分析能力，優(yōu)秀的財(cái)務(wù)基本功，以及創(chuàng)新的解決問題的能力。
Each FPDP member spends two years in the program, during which time you can expect to complete approximately four separate professional work assignments within roles such as:
每位財(cái)務(wù)管培生需要完成為期2年，大約4次以下不同領(lǐng)域的輪崗：
• Financial Analysis 財(cái)務(wù)分析
• Budgeting & Forecasting 預(yù)算預(yù)測
• Reporting & Controls 匯報(bào)與內(nèi)控
The rotations are carried out in a variety of work environments such as: corporate and division headquarters, manufacturing plants and other operating environments including opportunities for overseas rotations. A senior financial leader is assigned to each FPDP to mentor and advise you while on the program.
這些輪崗也會(huì)涉及不同的海外工作環(huán)境:企業(yè)和業(yè)務(wù)總或者工廠和其他運(yùn)營部門。雅培也會(huì)為每個(gè)管培生提供一名資深的財(cái)務(wù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人作為老師，幫助你順利完成輪崗。
Basic Qualifications:基本條件
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 本科以上學(xué)位，財(cái)務(wù)或者會(huì)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè)
• Strong analytical and communication skills優(yōu)秀的分析和溝通能力
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative and integrity 卓越的交際能力以及一貫優(yōu)異的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，適應(yīng)能力，創(chuàng)新能力。
• Proficiency with using Microsoft Office- Word, Excel and Powerpoint 能夠熟練運(yùn)用辦公自動(dòng)化軟件
Preferred Qualifications: 加分條件
• Strong academic record 優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)成績
• Prior internship in finance or accounting 財(cái)務(wù)與會(huì)計(jì)相關(guān)的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
• On-campus leadership positions 校內(nèi)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in at least one of the following countries: China, India, Vietnam or Singapore. 至少在以下一個(gè)國家擁有工作的資格： 中國，印度， 越南或者新加坡
