Job Profile:
Plays a critical role in middle to large scale client project delivery;
Be able to articulate various human resources solutions and best practices to clients;
Be able to identify client needs and provide consultation around solution mix;
Transfers knowledge and skills to clients and establish excellent client relationships.
Qualification:
Post-graduate degree;
High proficiency in English writing and speaking;
Has relevant consulting program intership experience;
Has depth interest in human resources management;
Has a good understanding of the business sense;
Excellent analytical skills and communication skills;
Customer oriented
Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties.
