    職位描述:
    Job Summary
    This role is part of the Business Operations Graduate Program which provides unique, accelerated learning experiences to college graduates looking for personal and professional growth. This program allows the employee to gain a rich, diverse functional experience while filling current and future gaps within H-D’s Workforce Planning needs. The structured, defined programs ensure participants are receiving the critical learning and development expected by H-D Leaders. These types of experiences and development activities are ones in which participants will receive a holistic, cross-functional and potentially global experience, creating well-rounded employees who are able to fill critical roles within a specific function. The Business Operations Graduate Program will also provide experiences in which the associate will participate in a series of functional rotations focused on technical/functional learning, personal development and growth. Participants will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with Managers and Leaders throughout the various rotations.
    It is a 2-year program with functional rotations between 3-6 months in length and is based on each functional requirement. Rotations within the Management Trainee Program will include the following areas:
    • Market Operations
    • Marketing
    • Dealer Development
    Required Qualifications:
    • College graduate with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university;
    • Strong academic track performance;
    • Demonstrated leadership through work experience, campus activities and/or community engagement;
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels within the organization
    Education Level:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent degree required;
    • Master’s degree preferred.
    Experience Required:
    Prior internship or related business experience is strongly preferred.
