HR Assistant 人事助理 (大四及研究生優(yōu)先) 職位描述:
Position Summary:
Be responsible for whole operational process of hiring, new employees’ on-board & termination, employees profile management and training;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Staffing
1 Be responsible for the recruitment of Shanghai site and IDS great China sales team;
2 Facilitate the evaluation on the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment channels across China;
3 Keep track of staffing related monthly report;
4 Facilitate the new employee on-board process and leaving employee termination process;
5 Ensure staffing practice & process are in compliance.
Training
1 Coordinate the orientation for new employees;
2 Coordinate the training program implementation for China;
3 Provide regular staffing (recruitment, turnover rate etc) report;
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Engineering, etc or equivalent;
2. Ability in both written and spoken English.
3. Results driven, energetic, resourceful and capable of working;
