I disagree that students benefit more from large classes than smaller ones because, when there is a large number of students in the classroom, the teacher has to prepare material that will statistically benefit most of the students. I’ve been in large classes where I didn’t learn anything because the teacher had to move so slowly to accommodate the majority of students in the class.
Also, it’s very ineffective with the learning process when the class is so large. When you’re in a small class, the teacher can better prepare their lessons to the level and pace that each individual student needs, thus making the class experience more worthwhile.
That’s why I disagree that students benefit more from larger classes than smaller ones.
