各位老師，早上好。 首先，我先自我介紹一下，我叫XXX，今年23歲，來自于XX地方，2013年七月本科畢業(yè)于XX大學，主修教育學(小學教育)專業(yè)，在大學四年里，我學到了很多很多，我參加了很多社會實踐，比如我在大一的時候我就去一所小學實習，每個星期都去聽他們老師講課，這個實踐我一直堅持到了大三，后來因為考研沒有繼續(xù)下去，通過這次實踐，我學會了怎樣耐心的對待學生，怎樣去把一堂課上的完美，課堂的突發(fā)情況怎么處理等經驗，另外我深知學習不易，我學習十分努力，每年都有獎學金，還拿過兩次獎學金，我還積極研究關于小學教育類的課題，在大學四年期間我發(fā)表了三篇論文，其中有一篇在中文核心期刊發(fā)表過，除了和專業(yè)有關的活動外，2011年我還參加了校團委組織的大型歌舞會，我很享受我的主持，我還參加過校園十佳歌手的比賽，雖然沒能取得前三名，但我進了10強，我很 感謝我大學遇到的老師和朋友們，他們帶給我很多知識和經驗，讓我的大學生活很豐富，很精彩。 因為我是應屆畢業(yè)生，沒有什么社會工作經驗，我簡單的說一下我為什么要考研。我喜歡做小學老師，我覺得我本科所學到的知識還不能足以讓我成為一名優(yōu)秀的老師，另外時代的需要，現(xiàn)在好多學校的老師都必須是研究生以上的學歷，所以我選擇了考研。 我覺得我開朗、嚴謹、樂于幫助人的性格也比較適合做老師，如果有機會再該校學習，我會非常珍惜學習的機會，希望各位老師能給我機會，我很期待我的研究生生活，謝謝各位老師。
