-對(duì)面向客戶的信息進(jìn)行本地化，包括幫助頁面和郵件模板。
-對(duì)面向客服的信息進(jìn)行本地化，包括參考文檔和培訓(xùn)資料。
要求：
-英語翻譯優(yōu)秀
-工作踏實(shí)認(rèn)真
-每周至少出勤4天，5天佳，實(shí)習(xí)滿6個(gè)月。
-英語或翻譯專業(yè)在讀學(xué)生加分;熱愛數(shù)碼產(chǎn)品，Kindle設(shè)備加分

D2 KnowledgeManagement team develops and maintains Help pages and internal cu
stomer serviceagents facing help. This position will focus on mini projects,
like softwareupdates, in terms of both project management and production. To
be morespecific, this position will work on the following:
1.Project management from end to end to miniprojects.
2.End to end knowledge production from translationoutsourcing and reviewing to
coding and publishing.
We willprovide 2 weeks of comprehensive onboarding training and learning by d
oingtraining during the whole internship. Working with us will prepare you re
adyfor your careers in foreign companies.
We expectyou to meet the following criteria.
1.Can work with us for at least six months, fourdays a week.
2.English related majors, graduates preferred.
