Grandfather and I watched farmer Gimbel and the policeman.
我和爺爺看著農(nóng)夫吉伯爾和警察.
"We can't move this donkey the policeman shouted.
"我們移不動(dòng)這頭毛驢!"警察叫道.
"What can we do?"farmer Gimbel asked.
"怎么辦呢?"農(nóng)夫吉伯爾問.
"Give him a carrot!"grandfather cried.
"給它一根胡蘿卜!"爺爺叫道.
"That's a good idea"farmer Gimbel said.
"這主意不錯(cuò),"農(nóng)夫吉伯爾說.
"Here!"farmer Gimbel called.
"給你!"農(nóng)夫吉伯爾叫道.
The donkey noticed the carrot and jumped up.
那頭毛驢看到了那根胡蘿卜就跳了起來.
He followed farmer Gimbel across the road
它跟著農(nóng)夫吉伯爾穿過了馬路,
and that was the end of the traffic-jam!
交通就不堵了.
