Ability to stay motivated and work effectively under stress, high attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and responsiveness 2. Comfortable in working with proprietary software/ technological products 3. Well spoken English, Good oral and written communication skills 4. Comfortable with MS Excel, Word 5. Be strict to implement any client specific policy or procedure 6. Able to respond to requests in an efficient and professional way 7. Actively involved in Healthcare industry research projects, especially proposal design, analysis, writing report with ad-value insights and make presentation; 3. Prepare specified parts of deliverables e.g. reports in word or PowerPoint or Excel spreadsheets; 4. Active participation in and contribution to team discussion on problem solving, brainstorming, effective approaches to deal with project-specific issues, etc. 5. Work with research analyst and others in preparing proposals for clients as well as attending briefing meetings as necessary Requirements: 1. BA or advanced degree in a medical-related field, including Western and Chinese medicines, Internal Medicine, Clinic Medicine, Pharmacology, etc 2. Quick learner with analytical capabilities and some basic knowledge or experience of working in an international business environment; 3. Team oriented, logical and insightful thinking, and willing to work under pressure independently; 4. Knowledge of the healthcare industry; 5. Solid communication and time management skills; 6. High proficiency in English and Mandarin
