關(guān)于用IVR(Interactive Voice Response，交互式語(yǔ)音應(yīng)答系統(tǒng)，which using recorded machine)調(diào)查survey與用傳統(tǒng)的電話調(diào)查的比較。閱讀材料認(rèn)為用IVR調(diào)查比用傳統(tǒng)的電話調(diào)有three advantages: more accurate, more reliable, more objective。在lecture里，教授針對(duì)三個(gè)“好處”逐一駁斥：

Lecture教授反對(duì)，not objective. the simple recorded voice and the same regional accents is useful to let people more object, because different people will have different ideas about the same voice and accents.
