職位描述
What You Will Do
AI's Operations team is a place where you can grow your technical and management skills – while making a real contribution to the improvement of international trade. Every year, we deliver some 140,000 inspections, audits, and lab tests, helping our clients secure their supply chains. Join our Operations team and discover the meaning of bringing Trust to Global Trade.
Your Responsibilities
As a Report Specialist, you will:
- Manage and dispatch emails within your team to ensure efficient communication between AI teams and our clients;
- Chase any late reports from inspectors' side daily;
- Handle client inquiries, and liaise with our field team to collect any requested information;
- Prepare inspection certificates and send them to suppliers when required;
- Complete basic tests on samples sent back by inspectors, and the results to the relevant report approver;
- Perform data capture for analytical purposes.
The Skills We're Looking For
- College graduate with good written and spoken English - recent graduates will also be considered;
- 1 year of relevant work experience or long-term internship;
- Willingness to work night hours - between 3PM - 12AM;
- Knowledgeable in MS Word
