SALES AND MARKETING We are seeking a graduate for an exciting career in commercial for one of Dow’s businesses. This role is within the Commercial function, managing our business activity and relationship with our customers. Initially, you will go through a 12 month development program within Dow Chemical Commercial Support. The program provides corporate orientation and practical skills to maximize career potential; provides valuable work experience and exposure to Dow to set you up for success as you begin your career. This entry-level development program has been recognized as one of the best in the industry.
SUPPLY CHAIN ROTATION PROGRAM A Dow leader will place you in two job assignments within Supply Chain, including Dow Logistics, Business Supply Chain and Supply Chain Expertise Center. You will spend approximately twelve months in each job assignment, learning best practices and processes that will help you develop critical functional and leadership competencies. One or more senior Dow leaders will serve as mentors to guide you along the way. On top of your job assignments, you will be given special projects or initiatives, to complement your in-depth functional development. These special projects or initiatives will provide you invaluable learning and networking opportunities with senior leaders in Dow’s Supply Chain and other functions/businesses. SCRP is designed to build future leader potentials for Supply Chain. You will be expected to perform at levels beyond your peers, at an accelerated phase of learning and development.
