中考英語中必考的“to do”與“doing”現(xiàn)象
有些動詞后既可接to do，也可接doing，它們后接to do與doing在意思上有時有較大的差別。因為它們也是中考的常考點之一，因而我們應(yīng)該搞清楚它們的區(qū)別。
1.stop to do/stop doing sth
解析：stop to do sth。意為“停下來(正在做的事)去做(另外的)某事”
stop doing sth。意為“停止做(正在做的)某事”。如
Mary stopped to speak to me。瑪麗停下(手頭的工作)來跟我講話。
When the teacher came in 。the students stopped talking。 老師進來時，學生們停止講話。
2.remember to do/remember doing sth
解析： remember to do sth 。意為“記住要去做某事”(還沒有做)。
remember doing sth。 意為“記得(已經(jīng))做過某事”如：588.es
Please remember to send the letter for me。請記住為我發(fā)這封信。
I don't remember eating such food somewhere 。我不記得在哪里吃過這種食物
3.forget to do/forget doing sth
解析： forget to do sth 。意為“忘記做某事”(動作還沒有發(fā)生)。
Forget doing sth。 意為“忘記做過某事”(動作已發(fā)生)。如：
Don't forget to bring your photo here。別忘了把你的相片帶來。
I have forgotten giving the book to him。我忘記我已把書給了他。
4.go on to do/go on doing sth
解析： go on to do sth。意為“做完一件事，接著做另外一件事”，兩件事之間有可能有某種聯(lián)系。
go on doing sth。意為“繼續(xù)做下去”。如：
After reading the text ，the students went on to do the exercises 。學生們讀完課文后，接著做練習。
It's raining hard ，but the farmers go on working on the farm。雖然天正下著大雨，但農(nóng)民們繼續(xù)在農(nóng)場干活。
5.try to do/try doing sth
解析：try to do sth。意為“盡力去做某事”，
try doing sth。意為“(用某一種辦法)試著去做某事”。如：
Try to come a little early next time ，please。下次請盡量早點來。
You can try working out the problem in another way。你可以試試用其它的方法解答這道題目。
6.can't help to do/can't help doing sth
解析：can't help to do為動詞不定式結(jié)構(gòu);
can't help doing sth。意為“身不由己地去做某事”或“情不自禁地去做某事?！比纾?BR> We can't help to finish it。我們不能幫忙完成此事。
I couldn't help laughing when I saw her strange face。當我看到她奇怪的臉時，我情不自禁地笑了。
7.hear sb。 do/hear sb.doing sth
解析：hear sb。 do sth。意為“聽見某人做某事”，指聽到了這個動作的全過程;
Hear sb。 doing sth。意為“聽到某人做某事”，指聽到時候，這個動作正在發(fā)生。如：
I often hear him sing in the classroom。我經(jīng)常聽見他在教室里唱歌。
Do you hear someone knocking at the door?你聽見有人在敲門嗎?
應(yīng)該說明的是：和hear的用法一樣的還有see、watch、notice等。
