中國自古就有“修身、齊家、治國、平天下”的古訓(xùn)(maxim)。齊家指的便是成家立業(yè)，成家不能沒有自己的一套房子。因此，房子成為中國人有家、有歸屬感的重要標志，并深人人心。房子在人們觀念中的重要地位，使得房子不僅僅是居住環(huán)境的體現(xiàn)，更是個人身份的體現(xiàn)。根深蒂固的傳統(tǒng)觀念和強烈的的家的歸屬感，吸引著都市生活中這樣一群忠實而又執(zhí)著的“買房族”。也可以說，中國的房價之所以一路飆升與中國人的購房觀念是密不可分的。
