Is It Necessary to Attend Training Classes
According to the graph, great changes have takenplace in the number of training classes in the pasttwenty years. On the one hand, in the last century, the increase of the training classes was not so great. On the other hand, there has been a sharp increase in the training classes after 2000.

There are three reasons for the change.
