Who We Are
1.Quantitative Trading Group, develop and execute proprietary trading strategies in the financial markets.
2.自主開(kāi)發(fā)并執(zhí)行自動(dòng)化交易策略.
3. We are looking for smart technologists, decent programmers to become part of our group.
我們尋找優(yōu)秀的技術(shù)人員，程序員.
Job Responsibilities工作責(zé)任
1.Manage and execute process of design, implement high-frequency trading strategies.
2.Work with traders to implement via ultra-low-latency production code.
3.Work to improve team.s trading infrastructure by implementing dynamic ideas.
4.搭建高頻交易平臺(tái)，建設(shè)市場(chǎng)微結(jié)構(gòu)，構(gòu)造交易內(nèi)核以及風(fēng)控系統(tǒng).

Requirements
滿足以下任一條即鼓勵(lì)申請(qǐng):
Successful candidates would be one of the following:
1.Background in quantitative subject,i.e.computer science, engineering, math, physics. Awards in National Math(Physics) Olympiads or ACM is a plus.
2.Passionate about trading and financial markets. Athletes, Bridge player.
3.Experience with one of the following language is a big plus. (C #, R, Python, SML, Java, Matlab)
4.Multithread experience, Parallel Computing, Hadoop, Perl.
5.Networking TCP/IP/Sockets etc, Operating System, Hacker.
6.Knowledge of Design Pattern, Boost Library is a big plus.
7.面向?qū)ο笤O(shè)計(jì),多線程,并行計(jì)算,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),腳本語(yǔ)言,網(wǎng)絡(luò),操作系統(tǒng),黑客,設(shè)計(jì)模式.
8.Problem-solving abilities. A producer and fast learner , able to work under pressure.
9.Evidence of a strong work ethic and a pattern of success. 勝者的經(jīng)歷
However, industry experience, or an educational focus in nance, is not a prerequisite.
