As the development of the Internet, the traditional way of reading daily news has been challenged, more and more people trend to read news online, while still some people insist on reading it on the newspaper. People argue which is the best way for reading news, in my opinion, there is no best way, different people choose different manner.
隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展，閱讀新聞的傳統(tǒng)方式已經(jīng)受到了挑戰(zhàn)，越來越多的人傾向于在網(wǎng)上看新聞，然而仍然有一部分人堅持看報紙。人們爭辯哪種是看新聞的方式，在我看來，沒有的方式，不同的人會選擇不同的方式。
Reading news online is fast and paying for free. Most young people get used to it, they use the computer every day, so that they count on the computer to receive the all kinds of information. Reading the newspaper is troublesome, they don’t like to hold the paper, it is not convenient.
在網(wǎng)上看新聞快速且不用錢。大部分年輕人習(xí)慣這個方式，他們每天使用電腦，因此他們依賴電腦來接收各種信息。看報紙很麻煩，他們不喜歡拿著報紙，很不方便。
While still many people like to read on the newspaper. Especially the old generation, before the popularity of computer, they read the news from the newspaper, they get used to this manner, even the computer is convenient, they just like to keep this habit.
然而仍然有很多人喜歡看報紙。特別是老一代，在電腦流行前，他們通過報紙來看新聞，習(xí)慣了這種方式，即使電腦很方便，他們還是喜歡保持看報紙的習(xí)慣。
The ways to read news are various, there is no need to compare them. I’d prefer to read it on the Internet, but sometimes I find reading it newspaper brings me fun when I have breakfast.

Christmas Day is very popular around the world, when that day comes, we can see the Christmas products sell everywhere, though Christmas Day is not originating from China, in our country, more and more people spend that day. A foreigner pointed out that Christmas meant to be grateful for them, while for Chinese people, it was just a day for celebrating. To me, Christmas indeed means a day to have fun.
圣誕節(jié)在全世界都很流行，當(dāng)那天來臨的時候，我們可以看到到處都在賣圣誕產(chǎn)品，雖然圣誕節(jié)不是起源于中國，但是在我們國家，越來越多的人過圣誕節(jié)。有位外國人指出圣誕節(jié)對于他們來說意味著感恩，然而對于中國人來說，那僅僅只是用來慶祝的日子。對于我來說，圣誕確實意味著玩得開心。
When I was small, I did not have the concept of Christmas, because in my mind, I only knew Chinese traditional festivals, I liked Spring Festival best, I could get a lot of money from parents. When I went to high school, all of my friends would talk about Christmas Day when the day was near, so I started to know it. Almost every young people like Christmas, but if you ask them what the meaning of the day, less of them can answer.
當(dāng)我還小的時候，我沒有圣誕的概念，因為在我的腦海里，我只知道中國的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，我最喜歡春節(jié)，我可以從父母那里得到很多錢。當(dāng)我上高中，我所有的朋友都會在圣誕節(jié)臨近前談?wù)撍?，所以我開始知道圣誕節(jié)。幾乎所有的年輕人都喜歡圣誕，但是如果你問他們圣誕節(jié)的意義，很少人能答得上。
The meaning of Christmas Day is to remind people of Jesus’s birth, it is so important for the western people, but for me, I only want to have fun, everyone is celebrating it, so I join them, being happy, that’s enough for me.
圣誕節(jié)的意義在于提醒人們耶穌的誕辰，這對于西方人來說是很重要的，但是對于我來說，我只是想要玩得開心，大家都在慶祝它，所以我加入他們， 我很開心，這就足夠了。
【篇三】學(xué)會放棄 Learn to Give Up
When we encourage people, we will always tell them not to give up, they can be successful if they insist. “Never give up” have been the inspiring words, people accept them as the positive life attitude. However, sometimes if people insist all the time and never change, these inspiring words are not wise to keep.
當(dāng)我們鼓勵人們，我們總會告訴他們不要放棄，如果堅持下去，就能成功。“不要放棄”已經(jīng)成為了鼓勵用詞，人們接受它們，把這當(dāng)做樂觀的生活態(tài)度。然而，有時候，如果人們一直堅持，不作出改變，堅持這些勵志的詞語就不明智了。
People should learn to give up sometimes. Parents think study is very important, so they ask their kids to insist to learn and go to college. But the fact is that not all the kids are good at study, some kids are not interested in study, they are good at other things. Parents should not push their children to go to college, the kids can learn the things they are good at, like cooking, amending cars and so on. Going to college is not the only way to be successful, learning the practical skills also makes them successful.
有時候人們應(yīng)該學(xué)著去放棄。父母認為學(xué)習(xí)是很重要的，因此他們要求孩子堅持學(xué)習(xí)，直到上大學(xué)。但是事實上，并不是所有的孩子擅長學(xué)習(xí)，一些孩子對學(xué)習(xí)不感興趣，他們擅長別的東西。父母不應(yīng)該逼迫孩子上大學(xué)，孩子可以學(xué)習(xí)他們擅長的東西，比如烹飪，修汽車等等。上大學(xué)并不是成功的出路，學(xué)會使用的技巧同樣也能成功。
People must know clearly what they are insisting, if they keep the right direction, they should insist, but if they keep the wrong direction, they need to give up and open another new chapter of their lives.
人們必須清楚知道他們堅持的是什么，如果他們保持的是對的方向，他們應(yīng)該堅持下去，但是如果他們走的是錯誤的方向，他們需要放棄，展開人生的新篇章。
