首先辨別是租房還是買房。For lease, for rent 出租與for sale 出賣

一般房子有的家電或設施有：

租房的規(guī)律為：
離市中心越近，房價越高，位置稍偏，價錢會比較有吸引力;但便宜的房子一般有不理想的地方：
