2. how long 多長(zhǎng)，多久。如：

How long did you stay there? 你在那兒呆了多久?
3. how many 多少。如：
How many students are there in this class? 這個(gè)班有多少學(xué)生?
Do you know how many books he has written? 你知道他已寫了多少本書嗎?
注：how many 用于對(duì)可數(shù)名詞提問。
4. how much 多少。如：
How much money does he have? 他有多少錢?
How much is four times five? 4乘以5等于多少?
How much is the coat? 這件上衣多少錢?
5. how often 每隔多久。如：
A：How often does he come here? 他(每隔)多久來一次?
B：Once a month. 每月一次。
6. how soon 再過多久。如：
A：How soon will he be back? 他要多久才回來?
B：In an hour. 一個(gè)小時(shí)以后。
